  • Empty debris from pump baskets and skimmer baskets
  • Backwash filter
  • Skim top of pool from leaves and floating debris
  • Clean auto cleaners
  • Top up water if necessary
  • Brush walls and floors
  • Chemically balance pool water so it is safe to swim
  • Prices start at $95.00 plus hst per visit  (chemicals used are extra)
  • We also email you a detailed report of chemical readings and works done.

Spa Maintenance

  • Vacuum spa
  • Top up water due to evaporation from heater and usage
  • Brush floors and walls
  • Chemically balance spa water 
  • Backwash separate filter
  • Clean jet pump and circulation pump baskets
  • Drain and clean 
  • Prices start at $95.00 plus hst per visit ( Chemicals used are extra )
  • Email will be sent with detailed report.

Fitness Mainteance

Preventative maintenance is very important to machinery.

Regular maintenance should be done approximately every 6 months to 1 year depending on usage of machines.

  • Lubricate board and running belt
  • Removal of cover and vacuum internal electronic area
  • Brush insides of motor and components
  • Grease wheels and incline motor
  • Re-set Lube error on machine
  • Check for any loose bolts or screws
  • Board replacements
  • Motor control board repairs
  • Prices start from $125.00 plus hst per visit
