Openings & Closings

Our Team work hard to Open or Close your pool and spa and to treat it like they are our own.  To ensure everything is safe for the upcoming swimming season and for the closing season.  Our Team is Pet Friendly and don't mind dogs running around while we are on your property.  They might just get a bit more attention then they expect.

Closings:

  • Vacuum Pool and Spa.
  • Brush Pool walls and floors.
  • Drain Pool down to return level.
  • Remove all ladders and steps.
  • Disassemble Mechanical equipment and fully winterize.
  • Disconnect pressure switch from heater.
  • Blow lines to be free of any water left in the suction and return lines.
  • Fully antifreeze suction lines.  If possible we also antifreeze return lines should plumbing be accessible.
  • Cover pool and spa with safety cover, tarp or liner lock in cover.
  • lock all gates.
  • notify customer pool is fully winterized with an email or text including pictures.

Openings:

  • Clean and remove cover, store it upon request of storage.
  • Install eyeballs, jets, drains and ladders.
  • Begin filling pool.  Those with a safety cover may not be required to fill pool.  Those with a lock in cover will be required to fill pool.
  • Assemble all mechanical equipment, such as pump plugs, filter plugs, connect any plumbing removed from closings and prepare heater for start up.
  • Add necessary chemicals to begin clearing process.
  • Should the cover be torn or ripped we will give a blind vacuum to the pool to try and retrieve some of the debris fallen through out the winter season.
  • Brush entire pool floors and walls.
  • Salt pools will have to provide their own salt unless requested by owner at an additional charge.
  • Phone call, text message or email will be sent to customer to follow up on opening and progress of water clarity.
  • 7 days a week on demand phone service to assure your pool needs are met.
  • Inspection of all pool and spa equipment to assure all is in good working condition.
